On-line mental health support for everyone

We all have different needs, experiences and circumstances that can affect how we feel, which is why it's important to find the right service for you and your needs.

General Practitioner (GP) or Doctor

If you need mental health support, a good place to start is your local General Practitioner (GP), also known as a doctor.

A GP can help you understand any medical issues you have and suggest treatment options.

These sessions can offer helpful information, referrals, personalised support, care coordination and group activities. Many services also offer counselling and brief therapy services.
